- Cookies
- We and our partners use cookies to provide the appropriate services. This also applies when you visit our website or access our services.
A "cookie" is a small data packet that is associated with your device when you visit a website from that website. Cookies are useful and can be used for different purposes, including facilitating navigation between different pages, automatically enabling certain functions, saving your settings, and optimizing your access to our services. The use of cookies also allows us to display relevant advertisements tailored to your interests and collect statistical information about your use of our services.
This website uses the following types of cookies:
a. "Session cookies" that ensure normal system usage. Session cookies are only stored for a limited time during a session and are deleted from your device when you close your browser.
b. "Persistent cookies" that are only read by the website and are not deleted when you close the browser window but are stored on your computer for a specific period. This type of cookie allows us to identify you on your next visit and save your settings.
c. "Third-party cookies" set by other online services that have their content on the page you visited. These can be external web analytics companies that capture and analyze access to our website.
Cookies do not contain personal data that identifies you, but the personal data we store may be linked to the data contained in the cookies. You can remove cookies from your device through your device's settings. Follow the instructions provided. Please note that disabling cookies may restrict certain features when using our website.
The tool we use is based on Snowplow Analytics technology. The data we collect about the use of our website includes, for example, how often users visit the website or which areas are accessed. The tool we use does not collect personal data and is used exclusively by our web hosting provider and service provider to improve their own offerings.
Use of Script Libraries (Google Web Fonts)
To ensure that our content is correctly and graphically displayed in every browser, we use script and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts). Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache so that they only need to be loaded once. If your browser does not support or denies access to Google Web Fonts, the content will be displayed in a default font.
When you access script or font libraries, a connection is automatically established to the operator of the library. In this case, there is theoretically the possibility for this operator to collect data. It is currently not known whether and for what purpose the operators of these libraries actually collect data.
You can find the privacy policy of the Google library operator here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
Data Collection by Third Parties
These policies only cover the use and disclosure of data we collect from you. If you publish data on other websites or disclose it to third parties on the internet, different terms may apply. Always read the terms and privacy policies carefully when disclosing data.
These privacy policies do not apply to the business practices of companies that are not owned or controlled by us or to individuals other than our employees and personnel, including third parties to whom we disclose data as described in these privacy policies.
How Do We Protect Your Data?
We implement security measures on the website with great care to protect your data. We use industry-standard practices and guidelines to ensure the protection of collected and stored data, preventing unauthorized use of such data. We also require third parties to adhere to similar security requirements in accordance with these privacy policies. Although we take reasonable steps to protect data, we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by those who have gained unauthorized access to our website or who misuse it, and we make no express or implied warranty that we can prevent such access.
Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area
Note that some recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area. If this is the case, we will only transfer data to countries approved by the European Commission with an adequate level of data protection or ensure an adequate level of data protection through a legal agreement.
Advertising
When you access our website, we may display advertisements using advertising technology from external providers. This technology uses your service usage data for advertising purposes (e.g., by placing third-party cookies in your web browser).
You can opt out of numerous third-party advertising networks, including networks operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") and the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA"). Information about the practices of NAI and DAA members, your options regarding the use of such data by these companies, and how to opt out of third-party advertising networks operated by NAI and DAA members can be found on their respective websites: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ and http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/.
Marketing
We may use your personal data, such as your name, email address, phone number, etc., ourselves or transmit it to an external subcontractor to provide you with advertising materials related to our services that you may be interested in.
We respect your privacy rights. Therefore, in these marketing materials, you will always have the option to opt out of further communications. If you opt out, your email address or phone number will be removed from our marketing distribution lists.
Please note that even after opting out of receiving our marketing emails, we will continue to send you emails with important information that do not contain an unsubscribe option. This includes maintenance notifications or administrative notifications.
